Cascade County Senior Citizens Centers

Studies have shown that older americans who stay involved with their community live longer and healthier lives.  The Senior Centers in Cascade County provide a comfortable atmosphere  for a wide range of activities.  Some activities are educational, some recreational, but all are planned to encourage participation.  Memberships are available at a yearly rate and members are entitled to vote or hold office on the board.

The Great Falls Senior Center serves the needs of a diverse group of people.  It is a place to meet your friends, play cards, play pool, do craft work, or just enjoy yourself.

The Great Falls Senior Center is open for member ship to any person 55 years of age or older.  Membership entitles you to the monthly newsletter, which details day-to-day activities.  The newsletter also contains informtion and news of interest to seniors.

Rural Senior Centers

All Cascade County Senior Centers have treadmills.  Call each center for a treadmill usage availibility.  Foot clinics are also scheduled on a regular basis.  A minimum charge is assesed per individual.

Belt

The Belt Golden Agers hold exercise classes on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday starting at 10 a.m.  Classes are held at the Senior Center and all are invited!

Centerville

Centerville exercise programs start at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, weather permitting.  Exercise clothing is optional.  Centerville's foot clinic is the third Wednesday of every month.
