RURAL SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICTS INFORMATION
The R.S.I.D. represents a rural improvement district which consists
of roads, curbs, or gutters and similiar improvements. The payment
is included in the property tax statement to cover the debt incurred
to do the improvement. These payments can be made annually,
semi-annually or paid in full.
